Here's what I'v been thinking. They* have Normal types. They have Fire, Water, and Grass types. They have all the types in the world of pokemon. They even have dual-types. But they don't have a pokemon with all the types (normal, fire, water, grass, electric, ice, fighting, poison, ground, flying, psychic, bug, rock, ghost, dragon, dark, steel). Who thinks they should make an all-type pokemon?
*When I say "they" I'm reffering to the guys who create all the pokemon.
