I didn't have good internet acsess yesterday and therefore I couldn't post.

Step 1: Battle Pokemon Trainers
There are lots of trainers on this Route, but for some you have to explore. Go west after Castelia City and find a passage. You can also get 3 items this way.

Step 2: Meet Cheron while going north
You'll meet Cheron after going north a little. Heal your pokemon if you need to but then challange him!

Step 3: Prof. Juniper calls
After you defeat Cheron the Xtranseiver rings. Professor Juniper says she'll be waiting at the gate to Nimbasa City.

Step 4: Visit  the Desert Resort
There is a western exit and eastern exit for Route 4. The eastern exit leads to Nimbasa City. While th western exit leads to the Desert Resort.

Step 5: Get Ultra Balls from Prof. Juniper
In the gate to Nimbasa City, Professor Juniper is waiting for you. She will give you some Ultra Balls. After that, go to Nimbasa City....
