Step 1: Visit on weekends to trade items
On weekends you can trade items with people in town. The trades are:

Revive for 2 Escape Ropes
PP up for a Star Piece
and
Full Restore for 20 Pokeballs


P.O.T.D.

Todays P.O.T.D. is Croagunk.

Croagunk is No. 453 in the national dex. with a description of Toxic Mouth Pokemon. It's a Poisen and Fighting type pokemon and evolves at level 37 into Toxicroak. It learns 14 moves in this stage with its final move being learned at Lv. 45.
