P.O.T.W.

So, I'll probably have a walkthrough part up later in the day. Today's P.O.T.W. is Wobbuffet.

Wodduffet is No. 202 in the national dex. with a description of Patient Pokemon. It's a Psychic type pokemon and is the evolved form of Wynaut. It can learn 4 moves in this stage  with it's final move learned at Lv. 1.
